The terms “we,” “us,” and “Company” refers to Boe Network Enterprises, and “you” refers to the customer booking a reservation through The best of Ecuador.com directly through this website, or indirectly through any of our Top Ecuadorian affiliated tour operators through whom we share our products and services. All reservations you book with us are subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All hotel reservations that you book from our site are handled directly by the hotels listed in our directory, which are known to us as reputable and reliable hotels, hostels, motels, resorts, inns, bed and breakfasts and other Ecuador lodgings with an excellent standard of quality and service. However, we do not accept any liability, should problems occur in connection with any of these companies. The following Policies apply when booking from our site:

YOUR WARRANTIES TO US
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay for products and services purchased at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.

RESERVATIONS POLICY
1.- For hotel reservations a non-refundable Service fee is applicable in addition to the room rate and country taxes (22%).

2.- When you book a room with The best of Ecuador.com, we charge your credit card for the full amount through our International payment Processors. The full amount is the total cost of your reservation and includes the room rate, tax charges and our service fees.

3.- General reservation deadline is 5 days prior to arrival. All incoming reservations will be processed immediately through our system. Our Booking system is "PREPAID" meaning that the entire cost of your stay, will be charged to your credit card by BOE Network Enterprises.

4.- A Boe affiliated agent will contact the customer by phone or email ONLY if there is NO availability or to search for other equivalent or better lodging options. If the company fails, the company shall immediately refund full payment to the customer's credit card or bank account.

PROCEDURES
Once payment notification is received, the customer receives an email confirmation with his/her unique Booking Confirmation Number (BCN), which is an Electronic Confirmation valid to all hotels listed in The Best of Ecuador.com. This email confirmation is the customer's receipt of payment and represents a PREPAID ELECTRONIC CONFIRMED RESERVATION.

*Email Booking Confirmations must be printed and presented with a photo ID at the hotel’s reception upon check-in.

ACCOMMODATION & RATES
1.- Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.

2.- Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive.

3.- Accommodation rates are only available through our web-site, and can not be obtained by calling the hotel directly, as they will not have the same rates in their system.

4.- Rates are subject to change and update without notice. Nevertheless, if we change a rate and notice that your reservation was made with a different rate, we will notify you immediately. We don’t take responsibility for incorrect rates or dates. Outdated rates are invalid.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be carried out through the following methods:

1.- Credit Cards - We currently accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. All financial transactions are conducted through our International payment gateway and US Merchant Services on a secured server (128-bit encryption).

2.- Reservations placed by selecting off-line Payment methods including Bank Wire Transfers, you'll be prompted to follow our payment procedures which will be provided by a representative agent by Phone or email.

All payments should be made out to BOE NETWORK ENTERPISES.

NO SHOWS
If you do not show up on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is meant as No Show.

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

CANCELLATIONS
1.- Your reservation may be changed or cancelled at any time, subject to a 25% cancellation or change fee. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy period, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax charges and service fees. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100 percent penalty. See the hotel description for each hotel's cancellation policy period.

2.- We will not accept any cancellations made through other agencies or at the hotel direct. Nevertheless, if you cancel through other services and do not cancel through The Best of Ecuador.com we cannot guarantee that there will be any refund and, possible refunds may take up to 8 weeks.

3.- After canceling a reservation we will send you an email notification of such cancellation and refund the amount of the reservation less the applicable cancellation fee to the previously charged credit card or, bank account.

4.- We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it "by mistake" or with wrong dates or information.

All cancellations need to be made in writing and shall be sent by fax to: 1-214.889.8937 in the US or, trough our Cancellation Form.

CONTRACT FORMATION

No contract will exist between you and the Company or its affiliates for the sale by us to you of any product or service unless and until the Company accepts your reservation by an email confirming your reservation and issuing you a unique Booking Confirmation Number (BCN). Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that the Company sends the email to the email address you provide in your reservation form, whether or not you receive the email.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You communicate with the Company electronically whenever you visit the The best of Ecuador.com website or send emails to us. You consent to receive communications from the Company electronically and by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be made in writing.

By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions. Please note that we may, in our sole discretion, revise our terms and conditions of use at any time; all such revisions shall be effective when posted.
